What you send us through a form

The Contact page and the ServiceNow Readiness Audit and AI Readiness Audit booking forms ask for your name, email and company, and the ServiceNow areas you’re interested in. The Contact page also takes an optional phone number and a message. With each submission we record the page it came from, the time, and which link on our site brought you there.

We use this to reply to you and to prepare the assessment you booked. Submissions are stored in a Google Sheet, delivered through Google Apps Script.

How we measure the site

We use PostHog, a product analytics service hosted in the United States. It records the pages you visit, what you click, how fast pages load, and any errors, together with your browser, device and an approximate location derived from your IP address. PostHog keeps a random identifier in your browser (a cookie and local storage) so repeat visits are recognised.

PostHog also records sessions so we can see where the site is hard to use. Anything you type into a form field is masked in these recordings. An automated review, run by PostHog with an AI model, looks at some recordings of our form pages and of sessions with repeated clicks, to spot broken or frustrating pages.

When you submit a form

Your email, name and company are also sent to PostHog and linked to the activity above from the same browser, including visits before you got in touch. Your phone number and message are not sent to PostHog.

Who else handles your data

Google (form submissions), PostHog (analytics, session recordings, error reports) and our hosting provider, which serves the site. We don’t use advertising trackers on this site.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@axionai.tech. Blocking cookies or using a content blocker stops the analytics described above; the site works without it.
